Princess Honey Bun

Hello!!  I know...I know...Ive been neglecting the blog....I am sorry.. I am back now! Ive just been busy doing loads of stuff at the same time enjoying myself.  Time flies and Honey Bun has grown a lot.  Today's post is all about her and how she has grown into a beautiful young lady now.  So here are pictures of her, from a new born pup to what she is today.  It doesnt stop there...Shelties blossom when they reach the age of 2 - 4 years old. (That is of course if they get the best diet) It not only makes them beautiful and have a gorgeous coat, it keeps them healthy and happy too.  Look at how they change in terms of colour, coat texture and coat volume. If you are already feeding them the best, dont compare them and wonder why their coat is not the same, they can even be siblings but they all mature differently at different time.  For example, Sunshine was already super fluffy at the age of 8 months of age and the rest only got there when they reached 2 years old.  So as long as you are providing the best diet, just be patient and you will know what I mean.

Wohoo! News from King#3

Hello!!! Its been awhile...sorry for the long pause. We have some news from King#3 (Caledonian Wild Fire).  His owners decided to show him just for fun...and wohoo!!! He did very well eventhough he hasnt shown before.  He won, Best of Breed, R/U to Resv Best in Group, Best Malaysian Bred in Group and a Challenge Certificate.  They were supposed to go for the next show held on the same day but they had to go home to attend to some important things.  So, not bad for his first show.  Am very proud of King...well done, he was competing with another sheltie (imported) and who is already a Malaysian Champion.  King #3 is the son of Malaysian Grand Champion/ International Champion Lastcastle's Ticker Tape and Blossom....

Honey Bun

My little princess, Honey Bun is not so little anymore. She is almost 8 months old.  She is beautiful and have a wonderful character.  She is loving, gentle and very well behaved.  She takes after her father, Sunshine.  When I got Sunshine at 8 months old, he too was beautiful and very very well behaved and very mature.  Honey Bun is very mature for her age too. How time flies.  Sunshine is 7 years old now.


I took some pictures of Honey Bun yesterday and here they are. From a tiny pup to this beautiful sheltie. Notice how their coat changes as they grow?  Shelties are like wine.  They only get more beautiful as they grow.

Hello!! Sorry for the long pause, as usual, BUSY! Wanted to go on a holiday but that didnt work out..well there is still hope...soon I hope!

Its such a coincidence that everytime Cleo stays with me, Cody would join in too! hahaha...Cleo's family went on a holiday and so they left Cleo with me....after 12 days Cody came. Cody is here with me now and will be going home tomorrow.

I dont mind caring for dogs that are trained and have the same lifestyle as my dogs so it is easier to manage.  Honey Bun is happy to have Cleo and then Cody....Auggie left for his new home last week.  His new family is very happy and impressed with him as he is such a good boy.

I didnt manage any pictures of Cleo as I was busy then, but today manage two pictures of Cody and here they are.

I am very happy I get to see them so often.They are so loved and well cared for by their family. Nothing makes me happier.

Ms Myna

Remember Ms Myna?  She has been with us for about 6 weeks now...So I thought it was time to set her free...So we tried letting her go but she couldnt fly properly just yet...So we put her back into her cage and will give her a few more weeks before setting her free....Wouldnt want all our hard work to go to waste and let her go too early only to get killed by other animals. So we will set her free when she is absolutely ready.

Look Who's Here!

Who is that handsome fella??  He is King #3 (Caledonian Wild Fire) He is here with us at home and will be staying with us for a couple of days...He is a happy boy, loves everyone.  When we arrived home with King, he checked out the area and settled quite quickly.  Honey Bun and Auggie was very excited to see him and invited him to play straight away.  I dont think Josh and Sunshine are exceptionally thrilled that a "competitor" is here, hahaha....but they are behaving, so all is good.

King #3 is the son of Blossom and King (Malaysian Grand Champion and International Champion Lastcastle's Ticker Tape FCI)  King #3 is as handsome as his father and he also have a beautiful personality just like his mum, Blossom who loves everyone.

Oh my God!

Oh My goodness, didnt realise I have not updated my blog for some time now, about a month to be exact!  I have been too busy having fun and relaxing with my dogs.... Things are a lot better and am getting the help I need, so I have more time for myself now a days....7 Months ago, I decided that I wont be breeding for awhile as I needed a break. I was either going to stop or take a long long break but now after some rest, I feel rejuvenated!  So, hopefully we may hear the pitter patter of little puppy paws soon.

Auggie and Honey Bun have grown so much and they are best pals with Luna.  They love playing together...One of my friend said I posted a lot of pictures of Honey bun and not enough of Auggie....hahahaha....here is a picture of Auggie taken today...Dont want to be accused of favouritism...hahahahaha

Here he is...such a handsome young man now...He loves playing ball / fetch...very well behaved at home and in car too...a real darling...
